I was just browsing the web & came across this picture ! Oh how I wish I can wear shorts this short LOL. But if you can please do; this is the cutest most simplest style any girl can rock ! I've seen this particular style a lot in NYC but what's different is that this girl has on heels & I usually seen women wear it with flat boots. I personally love it with the heels, it adds an edge to it/ Also love how she added the leopard print clutch. Leopard is SO in this Spring/Summer so just a splash of it with a simple outfit is very trendy.
